The High Vacuum Roll Metallising Plant is designed to aluminize plastic film and paper, which is in the form of rolls. The plant is suitable for coating materials used in the field of packaging and decorative application. It gives coating on one side. The Plant can do aluminum metallising on various types of the Films (PET, PVC, BOPP, BOPET, CPP, PE) and Paper and in the thickness range from 12 to 45 micron.

plants are made from 610mm to 1830mm diameter chamber, for decorative and functional coatings. We have different models of the Plants to suit one's production requirements and can also make specific size plant to suit particular application. Our Metallising Plants have exceptionally small cycle-time.
